Your Impact as One of Our First Employees
As one of the first Cleaning Supervisors at Mop & Wrench, you will be the cornerstone of our field operations. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and lead a team, directly influence our service standards, and grow with a dynamic company. Your ability to work autonomously, uphold our high-quality benchmarks, and represent our brand professionally is paramount to our shared success.
Location: South Seattle, WA (Servicing Tacoma, Puyallup, Renton, Federal Way, and surrounding areas)
Position Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (within first 6 months), W-2 Employee
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
Reports to: Assistant Director of Operations
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Training: Directly lead, mentor, and schedule a team of Cleaning Technicians. Train new hires on our meticulous 200-point checklist, safety protocols, and brand standards for both residential and commercial jobs.

Quality Control & Assurance: Conduct pre-and post-cleaning inspections to ensure 100% compliance with client contracts and our rigorous quality standards. You are the final sign-off on every job.

Operational Excellence: Assign daily routes, optimize schedules for efficiency, and manage team inventory and equipment. Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained.

Client Relations: Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, addressing questions and resolving any issues with professionalism and poise.

Autonomous Management: Demonstrate exceptional judgment and problem-solving skills while working in unsupervised environments. You will be responsible for managing your team and your schedule effectively in the field.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

Must provide at least two professional references who can attest to your cleaning expertise, leadership ability, and reliability.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites across the South Seattle area.

Ability to lift 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning.

Successfully pass a federal/state background check and drug screening (within reason).
